Listen for your phone to ring, then be invited to a Member Feedback Meeting
As a member of Idaho County Light and Power Cooperative, you are part of a national network of independent, locally-owned, not-for-profit cooperatives delivering energy to 42 million Americans.
National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) has asked for our help finding out what types of products and services are important to people like you. We are one of five sites across the United States participating in this important research project.
We will be hosting a member feedback meeting later this month. The meeting is being conducted by an outside research firm – Patron Insight, Inc. – that is based in Kansas City, Mo. They will be asking questions about member’s relationship with the co-op and the types of products and services that matter to members.
Nobody will try to sell you anything. NRECA just wants to see which ideas have merit and which are “non-starters.”
Sometime in the next 10 days, you may get a call from Market Research Associates, the company that does meeting recruitment for Patron Insight. The call may come from a 913 or 816 area code. They will ask you a few simple questions and, if the time fits with your schedule, invite you to participate.
So, turn up those ringers, be ready to say “hello” and please consider participating and telling us what you really think! If you have any questions, please contact Max Beach or Rita Holman at (208) 983-1610.
