The ICUA Youth Rally is a scholarship program for high school students in the northwest. Consumer-owned utilities invite their best and brightest to attend!
High school sophomores and juniors whose parents or guardians receive power from ICUA Member Utilities are eligible to apply for the chance to attend this fun and educational week, filled with learning, swimming, volleyball, dances, good food, an opportunity to make lasting friendships, and receive scholarships.
